SVSL worked with the client to create flats to be used for supported living of vulnerable adults. Our start to this project was from inception and sharing design ideas. We undertook the complete modernisation of this property creating four flats and an office. The project included bringing the building up to modern environmental standards in a sympathetic way by installing both wall insulation by means of King Span wall boards and roof insulation. Completely new electrics, plumbing, heating and windows were designed and installed. The result was an improvement to a level C EPC rating from the previous F. The outside of the property was also renovated as part of this project.
