SVSL worked with the client to create flats to be used for supported living of vulnerable adults. Our start to this project was from inception and sharing design ideas. We undertook the complete modernisation of this property creating four flats and an office.

The creation of a new bathroom including tiling, all plumbing required and installation of new bathroom suite.

An international project where we were asked to refurbish and extend this property. All interior work including wall, fireplace and floor finishes were undertake.

This was a part of a house to flat conversion and create of an new extension. Thermal and acoustic tests were passed. Front fasade repointing. New sash windows and bifold oak door.

A new build house from the ground up. This shows the start of the project when ground works were being undertaken and foundation supporting structures have commenced.
