How we work
SVSL are VAT registered, CIS registered, carry all required insurances public liability, employee etc. We can also offer an insurance backed Warranty for key aspects of our work through the Consumer Protection Agency.
We have a strong team capable of delivering high quality projects safely, on time and on budget. We pride ourselves on resolving any issues that may arise amicably and speedily. Our managers, tradesmen and operatives are trained and competent and our sub-contractors and suppliers are tested and approved.

At SVSL we do not employ our own designers, however we do know the correct architects, engineers and specialist design teams that will be best suited for a particular project.We will always work cost efficiently on a scheme and we are confident we can meet the most demanding of clients needs.

Craft Men
We have a team of skilled and qualified craft men who work for regularly on all the projects we have undertaken.
Commercially we normally give a price for a job. The client provides a deposit and we then billin stage payments typically monthly. We are however, flexible and prior to the point a price can be fixed will work with a client on a time and materials basis, sometimes including an element of bonus for achieving key deliverable to a time, budget and quality.
